SHELLBOURNE FUEL CATALYST
Shellbourne Fuels Inc. manufacturers a line of proprietary Automotive and Marine fuel catalyst that are the most progressive in the industry. They go beyond just improving engine performance. There are cost savings through fuel efficiency, reduced maintenance and a significant environmental benefit of reduced emissions. Cars and trucks as well as stationary engines benefit from a catalyst that is designed with the application in mind. Emissions will be reduced by as much as 80 to 85% when added at the prescribed dosage. These benefits are applicable across all commercial and consumer markets, including Non-Road, Locomotive and Marine (NRLM).
The developer, John Shane, has worked for oil companies for over 12 years, with 6 of those years in Research and Development. His father also had a lifetime career in the industry. Mr. Shane was a member of the World Petroleum Conference in Japan and China. In 1989, he established a manufacturing plant which supplied exhaust systems to a variety of commercial engines including Caterpillar Worldwide. Mr. Shane is well versed in all aspects of the combustion engine it’s fuels and the reactions that take place.
The most recent development in the fuel industry is the mandate of Low Sulfur diesels and increased emission controls for automobiles. The Shellbourne fuel catalyst were developed to overcome the many negative effects of these new diesel fuels. The benefits include improved lubricity and elimination of carbons, gum, varnishes, clogged injectors and sludge. Automobile engines also have reduced carbons and missions as well as the clogging of fuel delivery systems. As a result of the above benefits consumers will enjoy increased power and fuel efficiency.
Shellbourne Premium Clean – S1 for gasoline engines and Shellbourne Industrial H.D. Lube #1 for diesel engines contain active ingredients that provide complex benefits. These are a balanced circuitous mixture of components which provide the satisfactory engine performance and efficiency business owners and consumers are demanding. The product’s active components require that they are packaged in fluorinated HDPE (high density polyethylene) bottles to ensure maximum product performance and longevity. The H.D.P.E. bottles are also fluorinated to a category 4 level to seal the bottles permanently. This necessary heat treatment stops dangerous product evaporation and renders the vessel to a stable state where storage is safe. The contained liquid catalysts are maintained as ready and active but “locked” safely until required. This is a necessary process and while expensive distinguishes Shellbourne catalyst from all other competitive products.
